CATEA – Center for Assistive Technology and Environmental Access Volunteers Needed for a Research Study Investigating the Risk Factors Associated with Developing Pressure Ulcers For more information online visit: Research Study Investigating the Risk Factors Associated with Developing Pressure Ulcers Qualifications: Must be a male between the ages of 18 and 40 Must have had a Spinal Cord Injury for at least 2 years Study involvement for qualified individuals will include: A brief seating evaluation to assess your sitting posture Tests for sitting pressures, tissue thickness, blood flow and lab values Answering interview questions about your tissue (skin) health, wheelchair and seating equipment
